I'm a social worker, coach, speaker, and accessibility consultant who believes meaningful change starts by looking at things differently.

As someone who has been blind since birth, I've spent my life navigating systems, challenging assumptions, and finding creative ways forward. That perspective, combined with my professional experience, shapes everything I do.

Throughout my career, I've worked at the intersection of disability, employment, education, and organizational inclusion, helping individuals and organizations move from uncertainty to confidence. My work has taken me from partnering with blind youth and their families as they prepare for college, careers, and adulthood to helping employers and organizations create more accessible, inclusive workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to contribute and thrive.

Whether I'm coaching a parent preparing their child for greater independence, supporting a blind professional navigating a career transition, or partnering with a leadership team to strengthen disability inclusion, my approach is always the same: I start by listening. I ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions with curiosity, and work alongside people to find practical solutions that fit their goals and values.

If there's one thing I've learned through both my personal journey and my professional work, it's that we don't always need more answers. Sometimes we need better questions. The right question can shift a conversation, uncover strengths, open new possibilities, and change the direction of a journey.
